New version POPcon v2.95 online
New in this version:
- New: POPcon can now leave Emails on the POP3 server for a specified time before deleting them on the server. This was a much-requested feature to support sharing of POP3 mailboxes between Exchange and external/traveling coworkers..
- New: Auto-replacement of domain names: Using this feature, you can have POPcon replace domain names in recipient mail addresses before transferring the email to Exchange. POPcon will only replace the domain name, keeping the address part before the “@” intact
- Improved mail download for incorrectly formatted (spam-) emails that include the "end of mail" tag in the mail text.
- Improved configuration of supported mail headers in the advanced menu, including the Envelope-To header.
- PRO-version: Moved the spam-IP check to after the end of mail download to remove interference between slow DNS lookups and fast POP3 server timeouts.
- Bugfix: Choosing the option "Delete SPAM" caused POPcon PRO to leave *.msg files in the POPcon folder on some systems.
- Improved installation: v2.93 could not update the POPconAdmin on some systems causing problems updating the configuration after installation of an update.
- Help file update: Advanced config helpfile updated.
